Recovery Connections

On your journey to reclaiming your life, treatment is only the beginning. We help our patients make new connections in the recovery community as part of the treatment process. Research shows that those patients who form a strong sober support network are more likely to maintain long-term sobriety.

Our patients are exposed to the recovery community during the treatment process. We encourage participation, not simply attendance, in the recovery community. The recovery community can provide fellowship and the support structure of other recovering addicted individuals, as well as recovery activities to assist you on the path as you reclaim your life.

Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) - Alcoholics Anonymous is an international fellowship of men and women who have had a drinking problem. Membership is open to anyone who wants to do something about his or her drinking problem.
Alcoholics Anonymous, Western Washington - District 12 of Area 72 Western Washington Alcoholics Anonymous. District 12 is located in the northern part of Everett and Marysville Washington.
Alcoholics Anonymous - Greater Seattle Intergroup - The Seattle Intergroup serves the Greater Seattle area's AA members and groups.

Oxford House - Oxford House is a concept in recovery from drug and alcohol addiction. In its simplest form, an Oxford House describes a democratically run, self-supporting and drug free home.

Al-Anon Family Groups - Support for friends and family members affected by someone's drinking.

The Association for Addiction Professionals (NAADAC) - the premier global membership organization for addiction focused professionals, representing the professional interests of more than 85,000 addiction counselors, educators, and other addiction-focused healthcare professionals in the United States, Canada, and abroad.
CDPWS, the Washington State affiliate of NAADAC - founded to establish a forum whereby common interests and concerns are discussed, thereby bringing about better communications among professional personnel; to create a voice on policy; to recommend guidelines and standards for chemical dependency facilities, programs, and personnel; to take whatever actions are deemed necessary to improve the effectiveness of work on behalf of the chemically dependent and their families.
The Center for Substance Abuse Treatment (CSAT) - promotes community-based substance abuse treatment and recovery services for individuals and families in every community.
Faces and Voices of Recovery - is dedicated to organizing and mobilizing the over 23 million Americans in recovery from addiction to alcohol and other drugs, our families, friends and allies into recovery community organizations and networks, to promote the right and resources to recover through advocacy, education and demonstrating the power and proof of long-term recovery.
